When Terry joined Griffins in 1980, the practice was very heavily involved in working with clients from every aspect of the racing industry, from jockeys, trainers, breeders and owners. Now, over 25 years later, Terry focuses his skills not just for the bloodstock industry, but also for the wide range of businesses that come to Griffins for any type of accountancy service.
Taking a very practical, hands-on approach in his work, Terry also uses his leadership skills to support clients as well as to develop the Griffins partnership team. “It’s important to remember that we aren’t here just to provide accountancy services; we’re here to ease the burden and help businesses identify the direction they need to take for successful growth.”
